The Home Source Realtors Honors Top Real Estate Professionals

Susan Fitzgerald, Terri Martinez, Carol Carter, and Deborah Tinsley are top Realtors for 2008 at The Home Source Realtors, who made the announcement at a recent awards event in Peachtree City.
The Home Source Realtors honored the company’s Realtors from the Peachtree City, Newnan, and former Fayetteville General Brokerage offices, and the Builder Services Group which markets new homes at SummerGrove in Newnan, and additional communities in Fayette and Coweta counties.
Susan Fitzgerald is the company’s 2008 Agent of the Year. Top Producers are Carol Carter, Builder Services Group; and from General Brokerage offices Susan Fitzgerald, Peachtree City; Terri Martinez, Newnan; and Deborah Tinsley, Fayetteville.
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ Premier Club honorees are Terri Martinez, Newnan – Silver Level; Nancy Aaron, and Julie and Chris Hunt, Newnan, and Susan Fitzgerald and Sheree Gripper, Peachtree City – Bronze Level. Relocation Award recipients also are Terri Martinez for having the highest dollar volume of outgoing referrals closed, and Susan Fitzgerald for sending the most outgoing referrals.

Newnan General Brokerage: Larry Olewine and Linda Shemo – Achievers; Cindy Manning – Most Valuable Player; Vicki Dell, Julie Hunt and Terri Martinez – Winner’s Circle Super Stars.
Peachtree City General Brokerage: Leslie Jernigan – Achiever; Mary Watts – Most Valuable Player; Susan Fitzgerald, A.C. Roda and Jane Young – Winner’s Circle Super Stars.
Fayetteville General Brokerage: Ileanne Price – Achiever; Dee Dee Altman – Most Valuable Player.
Builder Services Group: Karin Davis, Achiever; Carol Carter, Most Valuable Player; Emily Byrd, Carol Carter, and Karin Davis – Winner’s Circle.
Marking company anniversaries are Sandi Pilgrim, Newnan; and Pam Gillion and Betty Steffens, Peachtree City – five years; Nancy Crowe and Greta Petty, Peachtree City and Wyvonnia Smith-Gorden, Newnan – 10 years; and Vicki Wrightson and Jane Young, Peachtree City – 15 years.
