Realtors Earn Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) Designation

Several Home Source Realtors now hold the Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) designation which enhances their skills to work effectively with transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, and properties at auction or bank-owned. The Home Source Realtors Qualifying Broker Linda Huff, Sheree Gripper, Georgia Association of REALTORS Instructor Rhonda NeSmith, Deborah Tinsley, Peachtree City Managing Broker Cheri Scranage, David Chambless, and Relocation Director Leah Sides (L-R) discuss the attendees insight into counseling through often challenging scenarios and their extensive reference materials for working with buyers, sellers, and lending institutions. The course is recognized by the National Association of REALTORS as the premier education tool for these types of transactions.
