They have both been very helpful and professional during our home selling experience.  Our situation is a bit unique. We were transferred to Puerto Rico and had to leave our house fully furnished until it sold.We were away for months at a time. Michelle and Lisa were very attentive to our home. They went and checked on our home numerous times per our request. Also, they followed up with every agent who showed our house. They passed along all of the feedback they received from the agents and tried to overcome all of the prospective buyers objections. One objection we received several times was the yard was too small. Lisa and Michelle changed the wording in their advertisements to make the small yard seem positive by stating, “Low maintenance lifestyle”.  They kept signs posted, fliers stocked and always answered their phones.They were very aware of the current market condition and continuously educated us.  We really appreciate all of the time and effort they put in to selling our home!
